Great Yorkshire Morris were formed in 2005 by members of several local Morris sides. We practice on alternate Wednesdays (roughly) in Pool in Wharfedale, which is between Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate.
We are a men's Morris side, performing a mixture of Cotswold and Longsword dances, with occasional forays into Border and Rapper styles.
Our next event is our Morris in May weekend in Hampsthwaite, 11-13 May,
during which we and our guest
sides will dance in York and Knaresborough.
